How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48-72 hours, average T/A time 5-7 days.
How do I track my order?
Use the full order ID from your confirmation together with the billing email you entered at checkout on the Track page. We do not give carrier tracking numbers.
What crypto currencies do you accept?
You stay on our checkout and pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20), USDC (ERC-20), or Monero, straight from your own wallet. Send the exact amount shown to the address on the order; the order is confirmed once the payment lands on-chain.
Where do you ship?
We only ship US domestic.
How do I contact support?
Look your order up on the Track page with your order ID and billing email, or email support@defiantpharmas.store with your order number. Please keep one order to one message so nothing is missed.
Returns or Missing items?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo while the package is still in its vacuum seal and we will arrange a replacement. For any missing items, you must film an unboxing video that shows all layers of packaging from the sealed package through to the contents; claims without that video cannot be confirmed.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. All products are third-party tested, both raws and finished product. Current and older batch tests are indexed on the COA page.
